This event will make you smile. It will cheer you up or transform a good day into an amazing one or it will simply help you to put some extra pep in your step. There’s just no way not to feel great when you’re surrounded by beautiful, aromatic flowers and the passionate experts who have made it their life’s work to make them grow, bloom and thrive. The cheerful Canada Blooms event is back for another year at Exhibition Place from March 10-19 and, what’s more, it will be running at the same time and in the same location as the National Home Show! Save the date, Villagers because, as the event organizers put it, “everybody’s growing” and you don’t want to be left out.
This 10-day event will have something to offer everyone and anyone. Whether you were born with a green thumb and now want to take your gardening to the next level or, if your first plant died just weeks after you got it (either from underwatering it or overwatering it, you never quite figured it out), you’ll certainly be walking away from the Canada Blooms event having had a great learning experience and a really great time! Gardens and Exhibits
This first event feature will have attendees blooming with pride. With the theme of this year’s event—Oh! Canada— serving as a source of inspiration, garden designers, builders and flower-arrangers will create showcases and spaces that inspire and awe. They will be imaginative and vibrant and they will also pay homage to our beautiful country! Attendees will undoubtedly be blown away by the creations.
Canada Blooms is also home to a host of incredible exhibitors who will be showcasing gardens, landscapes and backyards that will motivate any home owner and condo owner with an outdoor space that they call their own.

Flowers and Flower Artists
From gardens and landscaping to something that often forms the focus of outdoor spaces— flowers. The 2017 Canada Blooms event is doing justice to its name with this event feature! For many, the Toronto Flower Show is a main point of interest at annual Canada Blooms events. It comes packed with tons of exciting activities, competitions and breath-taking flowers and bouquets. There will be professional flower creations, exhibits, photography and flower arrangement contests. There will also be lots of open classes that attendees can be a part of and, local and international florists and experts will be on hand to offer advice and to showcase their stunning work. Other Feature Attractions
We’re “branching” out even more! Canada Blooms is also home to the annual Flower and Garden Festival. Now in its 21st year, this is a highlight of every Canada Blooms event! Some of Canada’s most renowned architects, landscape designers and builders will be hosting seminars and demonstrations throughout the ten days of Canada Blooms. Attendees will be able to learn from the best of the best in Canadian horticulture and floriculture! Plus, as a part of the Flower and Garden Festival, there will also be an array of spectacular, colourful displays, more than 25 gardens, a botanical art exhibition, an Ontario Growers Grove event (that is all about grown trees and plants), competitions, a Tools for a Greener Lawn session, workshops, a special speaker series and more! There will also be tons of vendors who will be offering tools, flowers and just about everything else that you might need to grow and care for your plants or to create the perfect outdoor space. Canada Blooms really is a sensational event! If you appreciate beautiful flower arrangements, have an interest in gardening or landscaping or great outdoor spaces or, if you simply want to experience a cool event in our area, Canada Blooms will be worth every minute of your visit. We’re sure of it.
Tickets are available online, at the door and at a number of ticket outlets. Adult tickets are $17.00 online and $20.00 at the door (or at ticket outlets), Seniors (65+) pay $14.00 online and $17.00 when tickets are purchased in person, students (13-17) pay $13.00 online and $16.00 in person and admission is free for children who are 12 and under. Two-day passes are also available for $29.00 and group tickets (for 20 people or more) can be purchased for $14.00 per person.

Canada Blooms will run from March 10-19 at the Enercare Centre at Exhibition Place and, it will be open from 10:00am to 8:00pm from Mondays to Wednesdays during this period, from 10:00am to 9:00pm on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, from 10:00am to 6:00pm on Sunday, March 12th and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Sunday, March 19th.
