Is it summer yet? With the incredible line-up of events in Liberty Village that we’ve featured in this blog over the past few weeks, we think you already know that the answer to that question is a resounding, “yes!” So what’s next? For us, the next big event on our radar is the Liberty Village Art Crawl.

Liberty Village has long maintained a reputation as Toronto’s artistic mecca so hosting the 3rd annual Liberty Village Art Crawl this year is a much-anticipated event in our neck of the woods. Starting off with the some basic details, once again this year, the event will be free to the public. It is scheduled for Saturday, June 13th from 11am to 6pm at Liberty Village Park on 71 East Liberty Street.  While the Toronto Art Crawl is several days long, the Liberty Village Art Crawl will only be one day. Make no mistake though, this will be one amazing day! The event organizers have gathered 65 talented and awe-inspiring artists and designers to display their work at this year’s Liberty Village Art Crawl.

The diversity and abundance of our neighbourhood’s creativity will be fully visible on June 13th with works ranging from photography to furniture design, sculptures, art, pet fashion, woodwork, metal work, home décor, handbags, fashion and more! There truly will be something for every interest and personal taste. What else would you expect from a culturally rich and vibrant neighbourhood like Liberty Village?

The event is FREE (yes, you read that correctly) to attend plus, there’s no need to worry about packing lunch since several food trucks will around, offering up loads of deliciousness for great prices. There’ll also be music provided a DJ. Go big or go home, right? Well, Liberty Village always goes big! You can also enter to win tickets for the opening night of Varekai Cirque Du Soleil and other summer events.

The living is good in Liberty Village and the upcoming Art Crawl proves that our area is home to some of Toronto’s most fun and exciting events.
