The Liberty Village Farmers’ Market

Neighbourhood | Written on July 30, 2015

Beautiful weather, myriad outdoor activities and local terraces filled with people laughing, dining and enjoying life in Liberty Village. It has undoubtedly been a summer of fun, great entertainment and fantastic finds in our neighbourhood. With the Pan Am and Parapan Am games in Toronto and lots of first-time festivals, we’ve truly been spoiled this summer. The living is really good in Liberty Village!

A telltale sign of Liberty Village’s penchant for embracing the season to the fullest is our yearly farmers’ market. What would summer be without fresh, delicious, locally-grown produce? In Liberty Village, all the flavours of the season are at our collective doorsteps— Liberty Village is only one of three places in Toronto with a MyMarket verified farmers’ market. I’ve mentioned that we are getting spoiled in Liberty Village, right?
